The engine has old gas in it. It turns over and has good compression. The air cleaner element is missing. I can see that the paddles are missing from the bottom. The knob at the handle that tightens the chain running down to the machine from the handle has a chunk missing. But turns and tightens and works fine anyway. I have never used one of these, so I don't know how they work for sure, so I didn't try to power it up.
Please take a good look at the pictures to see what parts might be missing or needed. I would assume that some of the levers and controls will need to be adjusted in some way as part of making it operational agai.
