I have used Mr Fixit and that did nothing I can not find a result which has worked as there seems to be a few people with this issue but no real answers. This thread is locked. By the way my windows media player is also not working and my DVD drive is also not working. Open support calls to fir windows update. Only many people complaining about their brtoken software will make them want to do something.
Windows update is broken by the last round of updates, evident by the massive increase in posted issues with it over the last two weeks. Nice try. Thank you very much, but it did not work for me.
