Just map ExcelFilePath property of your Excel connection manager to variable getting the filename inside the For Each loop and it will iterate through the files.
Otherwise you can just have a EXcel connection manager which points to the single file available and execute.
But in that case its static and wont automatically iterate through the files when there are multiples present or when the file name changes per day.
If you've setup the loop and configured the variable inside then it will get filename automatically during each iteration. Based on the value it gets, the above expression calculates the value for the other variable you created.
If you're using this new variable to set connectionstring for any connection manager make sure you set Delay validation to true so that it doesnt break due to the unavailability of a valid value at design time.
